摘　　要：中药的治疗效果在药学上具有举足轻重的地位,将中药的有效物质提纯之后对临床上许多慢性疾病、血液系统疾病、免疫力系统疾病都有一定的治疗和预防作用。近年来中草药提取物对于临床上心血管疾病的治疗研究比较常见。例如丹参提取物中的丹参酮类成分,可以保护血管内皮、增加冠脉血流量、抗氧化,具有保护心脏的作用。灵芝孢子粉提取物中的灵芝酸、灵芝醇类成分,具有减少脂质沉积、抑制血管平滑肌细胞的成骨分化,从而减轻动脉粥样硬化等相关疾病。所以说中草药的提取物对疾病的治疗和预防都是有明显的治疗效果。The therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine plays an important role in pharmacy.After purifying the effective substances of Chinese medicine,it has certain therapeutic and preventive effects on many chronic diseases,diseases of the blood system and diseases of the immune system in clinic.In recent years,the study of Chinese herbal extracts for the treatment of clinical cardiovascular diseases is relatively common.For example,the tanshinones in the extract of salviorrhiza miltiorrhiza can protect the vascular endothelium,increase coronary blood flow,antioxidant,and protect the heart.Ganoderma acid and ganoderma alcohol in Ganoderma spores powder extract can reduce lipid deposition and inhibit the osteogenic differentiation of vascular smooth muscle cells,thus alleviating atherosclerosis and other related diseases.Therefore,the extracts of Chinese herbs have obvious therapeutic effects on the treatment and prevention of diseases.
