摘  要:本文通过数控加工插补理论和数值模拟仿真方法,基于数控缠绕机额定速度和加速度运动参数,介绍一种高速数控缠绕机的缠绕程序方法。数控缠绕机的高速缠绕程序可以实现缠绕过程的运动光顺性、缠绕效率和缠绕质量,稳定光顺的丝嘴运动轨迹可以有效地避免缠绕过程卡顿、抖动造成引起的缠绕滑纱问题。本文基于纤维缠绕角连续稳定原则,讨论分析运动步长对于缠绕程序行数的影响;基于运动轨迹的时间速度曲线连续性,讨论分析了高速高效缠绕程序的分析方法;以期解决影响高速缠绕程序的两个编程因素,一是缠绕程序的程序行数控制问题、二是各程序行进给率F值的速度连续性问题。本文给出基于一个简单数控程序,进行数控缠绕机的加速度、速度、加速行程的测量方法,用于缠绕程序数轴的程序加速度与物理加速匹配性分析。CNC machining interpolation theory and numerical simulation methods was used in the article based on the velocity and acceleration motion parameters of CNC winding machines,and the high-speed winding program method was introduced for CNC winding machine.The high-speed winding program of the CNC winding machine can achieve the smoothness motion of the winding process,winding efficiency,and winding quality,the smooth motion paths of the pay-out can effectively avoid the problem of slipping caused by jamming and shaking during the winding process.Based on the principle of continuous stability of fiber winding angle,the influence of motion step(Filter value)on the winding program block-numbers is discussed and analyzed.Based on the continuity of the time-velocity curve of the winding motion paths,the analysis method of high-speed winding program was discussed and analyzed.In order to solve the two programming factors that affect high-speed winding programs,one is the control of the block-number of the winding program,and the other is the speed continuity problem of the F value of each program’s block.A measurement method was provided for the acceleration,speed,and acceleration distance of the CNC winding machine based on a simple CNC program,in order to matching analysis of program acceleration and physical acceleration for each axis of the winding program.
