摘　　要：本文开展了气凝胶与复合材料成型工艺的研究,采用红外测试仪验证了气凝胶在经过高温加热后基团的变化,证明了气凝胶本体具有较好的耐热性;制备对比样,测试了气凝胶与复合材料结合后的导热系数,尽管气凝胶部分结构失效,但气凝胶/复合材料的导热系数仍低于复合材料本体的导热系数;采用环氧树脂胶粘剂制备了气凝胶力学试件,气凝胶粘接后拉伸剪切强度远低于胶粘剂的拉剪强度,气凝胶本体抗剪切性较差,导致在粘接面被破坏前,本体先发生破坏,一系列的工艺验证为实际工艺生产提供了丰富的经验。The forming process of aerogel and composites was carried out,and the infrared tester was used to verify the change of aerogel after high temperature heating,which proved that the body of aerogel had good heat resistance;The comparison samples were prepared then thermal conductivity of the aerogel combined with the composites was tested.Although some aerogel structures failed,the thermal conductivity of the aerogel/composite was still lower than that of the composite body;The mechanical specimen of aerogel was prepared with epoxy resin adhesive.The tensile shear strength of aerogel was lower than adhesive.The shear resistance of aerogel was poor,which led to the destruction of aerogel before the bonding surface was destroyed.It was provided experience for actual process production.
