摘  要:本研究基于铁路用集装箱减重、防腐、抗冲击等使用需求,提出采用玻璃纤维增强复合材料制造铁路用集装箱。集装箱设计尺寸为长6058 mm×宽2550 mm×高2896 mm,可装载30 t的散装货物,用于装运腐蚀性较强的散装材料,通过材料性能对比,主体结构选用金属框架,壁板选用航空级蜂窝板材。通过对集装箱结构的防腐蚀、顶部防水、箱体强度、面板增强、面板和框架连接的优化设计以及箱体3D建模分析,完成复合材料集装箱的整体设计制造,最后通过结构强度试验及道路试用试验验证了复合材料壁板组成的集装箱能够满足使用工况要求。本研究提出的复合材料铁路集装箱的制造方案满足了强腐蚀性矿料等散货装运使用要求,显著提高了运输能效,降低了碳排放,研究具备一定的实用价值和应用前景。Based on the requirements of weight reduction,anti-corrosion and impact resistance,railway containers made by glass fiber reinforced composite materials was proposed in the paper.The design dimensions of the container are 6058 mm long×2550 mm wide×2896 mm high,which can load 30 t of bulk cargo for the shipment of highly corrosive materials.Through the container structure optimization design of the anti-corrosion,top waterproofing,box strength,panel reinforcement,panel and frame connection and box 3D modeling,the overall design and manufacture of the composite container were completed,and finally the structural strength test and road trial test verified that the container composed of composite wall panels can meet the requirements of the working conditions.The manufacturing scheme of composite railway containers proposed in this study meets the requirements of cargo shipment and use of highly corrosive minerals,significantly improves transportation energy efficiency,reduces carbon emissions,and has certain practical value and application prospects.
