聚酰亚胺增韧改性双马来酰亚胺树脂预浸料及复合材料性能研究

摘  要:采用二烯丙基双酚A和双马来酰亚胺树脂为基体,通过添加热塑型聚酰亚胺树脂增韧改性剂,制备了热熔法预浸料用高韧性双马来酰亚胺树脂体系。采用热熔预浸工艺制备了国产T800碳纤维预浸料并测试了预浸料的性能指标。通过预浸料铺放工艺制备了复合材料单向板,采用动态力学分析法测试了复合材料的耐热性能。结果表明,预浸料工艺性良好,复合材料玻璃化转变温度大于300℃,单向板90°拉伸强度52.11 MPa,层间剪切强度为96.72 MPa,复合材料韧性及力学性能优异。A highly-tough resin system of bismaleimide was prepared for hot-melt prepregs,based on the matrix of diallyl bisphenol A and bismaleimide,employing thermoplastic polyimide as the toughening modifier.The hot-melt preimpregnated process was used to fabricate the homemade T800 prepreg,of which the performance of the prepreg were tested;the prepreg laying process was employed to prepare the unidirectional composite laminate,and dynamic mechanical analysiswas adopted to analyze the heat resistance of the composite.The results imply good processability of the prepreg.The glass transition temperature of composite is higher than 300℃.Additionally,the 90°tensile strength of 52.11 MPa and the interlaminar shear strength of 96.72 MPa,as well as excellent toughness and mechanical properties of the composite.
