摘  要:针对田坝沟流域无实测连续水文资料问题,为预测极端水文事件发生概率和为水库设计及防洪度汛提供可靠暴雨洪水数据,以参证站仁怀气象站连续46 a的降雨资料为基准,结合流域特征,采用雨洪法对流域及坝址处的暴雨洪水特性进行论证分析。结果表明,设计洪水计算成果符合山区小流域特征,且与坝址处历史调查洪水水文比拟推算数据相差不大,合理可信。研究成果可为平正水库规模确定和施工安全度汛提供数据支撑,也可为无实测水文数据的山区小流域规划和水资源开发提供参考。In order to predict the probability of extreme hydrological events and provide reliable rainstorm and flood data for reservoir design and flood control,this paper takes the rainfall data of Renhuai Meteorological Station for 46 consecutive years as the benchmark,and combines the characteristics of the basin,uses the rainfall and flood method to demonstrate and analyze the characteristics of rainstorm and flood at the basin and dam site.The results show that the design flood calculation results are in line with the characteristics of small watersheds in mountainous areas,and there is not much difference between the historical survey flood hydrological comparison calculation data at the dam site,which is reasonable and reliable.The research results can provide data support for determining the scale of Pingzheng Reservoir and ensuring safe flood control during construction,as well as reference for planning and water resource development in small watersheds in mountainous areas without measured hydrological data.
