以礼河四级电站复建工程地下厂房开挖围岩变形监测分析

摘  要:以礼河四级电站复建工程地下厂房共分为6层进行开挖,开挖方法均为中导洞先掘进(中间拉槽)、两侧扩挖跟进。主厂房整体地应力较低,爆破开挖后浅层围岩应力释放较快,在开挖过程中由于系统支护与局部加强支护均比较及时,多点位移计安装及投入使用及时,监测数据采集分析上报及时,开挖支护专业与安全监测专业密切配合,最终将围岩位移变形控制在合理范围内。围岩位移变形持续增长的时间较短,通过对厂房开挖过程中的监测数据分析,得出了在低地应力、破碎岩体中开挖地下洞室时围岩变形的整体规律。The underground powerhouse of the Yili River fourth level power station reconstruction project is divided into six layers for excavation,and the excavation method is to excavate the middle guide tunnel first(middle groove) and expand the excavation on both sides.The overall ground stress of the main factory building is relatively low,and the stress release of the shallow surrounding rock is fast after blasting excavation.During the excavation process,due to timely system support and local reinforcement support,multi-point displacement meters were installed and put into use in a timely manner,monitoring data collection and analysis were reported in a timely manner,and the excavation support profession closely cooperated with the safety monitoring profession to ultimately control the displacement and deformation of the surrounding rock within a reasonable range.The duration of continuous increase in displacement and deformation of surrounding rock is relatively short.By analyzing the monitoring data during the excavation process of the factory building,the overall deformation pattern of the surrounding rock during the excavation of underground caverns in low stress and fractured rock masses was obtained.
