摘 要:昌马水库主体完已有22 a,在2017安全评价中可知大坝安全监测设施老旧、部分设施建设之初就已损坏,为确保昌马水库大坝的安全运行,基于大坝安全监测的需要,实现数据采集和处理自动化,必须对大坝安全监测系统进行改造提升,主要从变形监测(外部变形)、内观系统(渗流监测、应力应变、内部变形监测)、环境量(气象站)3个方面进行改造,力求提高监测精度和频率为大坝安全分析,也是实现水库和大坝运行管理现代化的必然趋势。The main body of Changma Reservoir has been completed for 22 years.According to 2017 safety evaluation,the dam safety monitoring facilities are old and some of them have been damaged at the beginning of construction.In order to ensure the safe operation of Changma Reservoir dam,the dam safety monitoring system must be upgraded based on the needs of dam safety monitoring and realize the automation of data acquisition and processing.This paper mainly from deformation monitoring(external deformation),internal observation system(seepage monitoring,stress and strain,internal deformation monitoring),environmental quantity(weather station)three aspects of the transformation,and strive to improve the monitoring accuracy and frequency for dam safety analysis,is also the inevitable trend to realize the modernization of reservoir and dam operation management.The analysis of the upgrading scheme of safety monitoring facilities of Changma Reservoir dam can provide reference for similar projects.
