深埋软岩隧洞支护适应性分析

摘  要:深埋高应力软岩隧洞围岩变形大、支护结构易受强扰动破坏而无有效控制措施,开展深埋软岩隧洞支护适应性分析是深埋软岩隧洞围岩大变形控制的关键所在。通过对锚杆、钢拱架、喷射混凝土的支护力、支护刚度进行分析,对初期支护的适应性进行评价,结果表明:锚杆、钢拱架及喷射混凝土联合支护为不协调支护,喷射混凝土支护刚度、支护力明显大于锚杆和刚拱架,可作为支护破坏的先兆和支护补强的优选;滇中某隧洞深埋时支护结构安全性低,而浅埋时支护结构又过于保守,可进一步优化设计参数。The deformation of the surrounding rock of deep buried high stress soft rock tunnels is large,and the support structure is easily disturbed and damaged without effective control measures.Conducting adaptability analysis of the support of deep buried soft rock tunnels is the key to controlling the large deformation of the surrounding rock of deep buried soft rock tunnels.By analyzing the support force and stiffness of anchor rods,steel arches,and sprayed concrete,this article evaluates the adaptability of initial support.The results indicate that the combined support of anchor rods,steel arches,and shotcrete is an uncoordinated support.The stiffness and support force of shotcrete support are significantly greater than those of anchor rods and rigid arches,which can serve as a precursor to support failure and a preferred method for support reinforcement.The safety of the support structure is low when a tunnel is deeply buried in central Yunnan,while the support structure is too conservative when buried shallowly.Further optimization of design parameters can be carried out.
