摘  要:环北部湾广东水资源配置工程,针对水源地的供需情况,安装7台(5用2备)立式单吸单级离心泵,总装机容量为336 MW。泵站单泵设计流量22 m^(3)/s,设计扬程162 m,最高扬程与最低扬程变幅约为1.30倍,单泵流量范围为21.80~30.08 m^(3)/s.并通过合理配置金属暖通设备,提升了水源地工程的机电金属设备运行效率,为区域水资源配置提供安全可靠的保障。Guangdong Water Resources Allocation Project around Beibu Gulf installs 7(5 in use and 2 as backup)vertical single suction single-stage centrifugal pumps to meet the supply and demand situation of the water source area,with a total installed capacity of 336MW.The design flow rate of a single pump in the pump station is 22m^(3)/s,with a design head of 162m.The maximum and minimum head ranges by about 1.30 times,and the flow range of a single pump is 21.80~30.08m^(3)/s.By reasonably configuring metal HVAC equipment,the operational efficiency of mechanical,electrical,and metal equipment in the water source project has been improved,providing a safe and reliable guarantee for regional water resource configuration.
