摘  要:镇雄电厂氧化风机入口风管负压表故障率高,严重影响了氧化风机的安全监测及稳定运行,从而影响了脱硫效率、石膏品质和脱硫设备的安全稳定运行,生产、维护成本大幅度增加,通过分析研究和试验,查明原因,采取相应措施,进行优化改造,解决了氧化风机负压表故障率高的问题。The high failure rate of negative pressure gauge at the inlet of oxidation fan in Zhenxiong Power Plant seriously affects the safety monitoring and stable operation of oxidation fan.This has affected the efficiency of desulfurization,the quality of gypsum,and the safe and stable operation of desulfurization equipment,resulting in a significant increase in production and maintenance costs.This article analyzes,studies,and conducts experiments to identify the causes,take corresponding measures,optimize and transform,and solve the problem of high failure rate of the negative pressure gauge of the oxidation fan.
