摘　　要：依托光伏电站建设全过程管理,在实践中从优化的角度针对传统归档流程中存在的问题,提出包括信息化、工程化和规范化3个方面,以及加强项目管理、提高信息管理效率和完善档案管理规章制度3个方面的优化建议。优化后的光伏电站建设档案归档流程具有较高的实用性和普适性,提高了档案归档的效率和质量。有效地解决现有流程中存在的问题,包括归档材料不全、归档步骤不清晰和归档资料保护不到位等问题。Based on the management of the entire process of photovoltaic power station construction,this paper proposes optimization suggestions from the perspective of informationization,engineering,and standardization to address the problems existing in traditional archiving processes,as well as to strengthen project management,improve information management efficiency,and improve archive management rules and regulations.The optimized archive filing process for photovoltaic power plant construction has high practicality and universality,improving the efficiency and quality of archive filing.It effectively solves the problems existing in the existing process,including incomplete archiving materials,unclear archiving steps,and inadequate protection of archived materials.
