摘  要:为适应云南省电网和南方电网主网异步联网后对频率稳定的新要求,积极响应国家能源局云南监管办公室正式印发的《云南调频辅助服务市场运营规则(试行)》文件精神,进一步提高AGC投入率、综合调频性能指标、优化机组运行方式,实现负荷与机组的最优化匹配。结合历年来某大型水电厂在AGC调频辅助服务市场运行情况,通过研究实现多运行区域大型水电机组各种工况下“AGC自动穿越振动区”“即刻上穿”“即刻下穿”“优先下穿”“非优可运行区”“快速响应调度AGC指令”等AGC智慧调节功能。通过智慧AGC调控技术实施,从而在调频辅助服务市场获得更多调频收益,实现开停机过程免手动负荷调节操作,降低运行人员误操作风险,大幅提高监盘效率等。In order to meet the new requirements for frequency stability after the asynchronous interconnection of Yunnan Power Grid and Southern Power Grid,and actively respond to the spirit of the "Yunnan Frequency Modulation Auxiliary Service Market Operation Rules(Trial)" officially issued by the Yunnan Regulatory Office of the National Energy Administration,it is necessary to further improve the AGC input rate,comprehensive frequency modulation performance indicators,optimize unit operation mode,and achieve the optimal matching of load and unit.Based on the operation of a large hydropower plant in the AGC frequency regulation auxiliary service market over the years,research has been conducted to achieve AGC intelligent regulation functions such as "AGC automatic crossing vibration zone","immediate upward crossing","immediate downward crossing","priority downward crossing","non optimal operation zone",and "quick response scheduling AGC instructions" for large hydropower units in multiple operating areas under various working conditions.By implementing intelligent AGC regulation technology,more frequency regulation revenue can be obtained in the frequency regulation auxiliary service market,realizing manual load adjustment operation free start stop process,reducing the risk of operator misoperation,and significantly improving monitoring efficiency.
