摘 要:在高危行业,日常巡检是必不可少的基本制度,现实中化工是生产事故高危行业,高压电力设备起火风险大,有时会由于人为的巡检不能及时地发现问题所在而导致一些事故的发生。随着我国电力建设的迅速推进,全社会对电力设施的可靠性和安全性提出了更高的要求,所以巡检车巡检代替人工巡检已经成为趋势。基于传感器技术、智能控制技术、单片机技术,设计了智能电力线路巡检机器人,用于提高线路巡检的效率,减少事故发生率。它以单片机为核心进行控制,通过循迹模块对固定的工厂路线进行巡检,还可以通过连接蓝牙对小车进行操控。配合使用测温模块和蜂鸣器进行高温检测和报警。易于实现的循迹和蓝牙模块的配合使用使小车的操控更加灵敏,而高温检测的功能也提高了小车的实用性。该小车在多次测试中表现出色,证明其能够有效完成巡检任务。然而,为了确保在实际应用中的最佳性能,仍需进行进一步的探讨与研究。In high-risk industries,daily inspection is an essential basic system.In reality,chemical industry is a high-risk industry for production accidents,and the fire risk of high-voltage power equipment is great.Sometimes,some accidents will occur because of the failure of artificial inspection to find the problem in time.With the rapid development of China’s electric power construction,the whole society puts forward higher requirements on the reli⁃ability and safety of electric power facilities,so the inspection of the vehicle instead of manual inspection has become a trend.Based on sensor technology,intelligent control technology and single chip microcomputer technology,an intelligent power line inspection robot is designed to improve the efficiency of line inspection and reduce the accident rate.It takes single-chip microcomputer as the control core,inspects the fixed factory route through the tracking module,and can also control the car by connecting Bluetooth.Temperature measuring module and buzzer are used for high temperature detection and alarm.The combination of the easy-to-implement tracking module and Bluetooth module makes the car more sensitive to control,and the function of high temperature detection also makes the car more practical.The car has performed well in many tests,which proves that it can effectively complete the inspec⁃tion task.However,in order to ensure the best performance in practical applications,further discussion and research are still needed.
