摘　　要：能力验证是软件检测行业评价和监督软件检测实验室能力的重要手段。但现有软件检测能力验证采用的能力评价模型存在一定的不足,参加的实验室的评价结果得分分布与能力验证的统计假设有较大的差距。基于层次分析法构建了软件检测机构性能效率测试能力评价指标体系,建立一套基于能力验证客观结果证据的能力评价模型。将评价模型应用于软件性能效率测试能力验证计划实践,通过对评价结果的统计分布分析,验证了该评价模型的有效性。Proficiency testing is an important means for the software testing industry to evaluate and supervise the capabilities of software testing laboratories.However,the existing capability evaluation model for software testing has certain shortcomings,and the score distribution of the evaluation results of participating laboratories has a large gap with the statistical hypothesis of capability verification.A performance efficiency testing capability evaluation index system for software testing organizations based on the analytic hierarchy process is constructed and a capability evaluation model based on objective evidence of proficiency testing results is established.By applying the evaluation model to the practice of software performance efficiency proficiency testing plans and analyzing the statistical distribu⁃tion of evaluation results,the effectiveness of the evaluation model is validated.
