摘  要:作战任务是指作战力量为达成预定作战目的而担负的任务,建立统一的任务数据模型,是实现作战任务统一认知和协同协作的关键。准确量化描述作战任务是制定作战计划和执行作战行动的前提和首要条件,其准确性直接关系到作战计划的合理性,进而影响到作战准备和后续行动。现有作战任务规划系统一般采用人工描述,没有统一的标准和规范,也缺乏对任务执行效果的评判准则,这样就造成了任务描述的不确定性和任务评判准则的模糊性,使计划的执行效果难以衡量。基于知识图谱技术构建任务图谱,参考美军联合作战任务清单,探讨了如何建立作战任务统一的描述方法和可量化手段,并进行数据关联,为解决此类问题提供了理论及工程化依据。The combat task is the task that the combat force undertakes to achieve the predetermined combat pur⁃pose.Establishing unified mission data model is the key to realize unified cognition and cooperation of combat mis⁃sion.Accurate quantitative description of combat mission is the prerequisite and primary condition for making combat plan and carrying out combat operations.The accuracy of combat mission description is directly related to the reason⁃ableness of the combat plan,and further affects the combat preparation and follow-up actions.The existing combat task planning system generally uses manual description of combat tasks,it lacks unified standards and specifica⁃tions,and lacks evaluation criteria for task execution effectiveness.This results in uncertainty in task description and ambiguity in task evaluation criteria,and makes it impossible to measure the execution effectiveness of the plan.Task graph is constructed based on knowledge graph technology.By referring to the joint combat task list of the US army,how to establish unified combat task description and quantifiable means is discussed,and data association is made,which provides theoretical and engineering basis for solving such problems.
