摘　　要：创新是引领发展的第一动力,而高校又是创新型人才培养的重要基地。对应用型高校大学生创新能力培养模型构建进行了研究。首先,提出了创新能力的三大构成要素;然后,深入分析影响智能制造类专业人才创新能力培养的因素;最后,从能力构成、模式构建和运行机制三大模块入手,构建应用型高校智能制造类大学生创新能力培养模型,旨在进一步有效提高大学生创新能力和就业竞争力。Innovation is the first driving force for development,and universities are important bases for training inno⁃vative talents.The construction of innovation ability cultivation model for applied college students are studied.Firstly,three components of innovation ability are proposed.Then,the factors affecting the innovation ability cultivation of intelligent manufacturing professionals are deeply analyzed.Finally,the innovation ability cultivation model for intelli⁃gent manufacturing college students in applied colleges and universities are built from the three modules of capability composition,mode construction and operation mechanism.The aim is to further effectively improve the innovation ability and employment competitiveness of college students.
