考虑货物时间价值的跨境电商物流路径优化研究

摘　　要：针对跨境电商物流运输运距远、耗时长、运输中转环节繁杂的特点,从跨境电商的货物自身价值及对时间敏感性的角度出发。基于货物时间价值理论对跨境电商中高价值时间敏感类货物的物流路径进行分析,将货物时间价值成本考虑到运输总成本和运输总时间最小的跨境电商物流路径优化模型中。采用遗传算法对模型进行求解。研究结果表明:在高价值时间敏感类货物的日平均衰减率超过一定范围时适当增加航空运输方式在总运输路径方案中的占比,可以减少货物在运输过程中的价值减损,避免日平均衰减率增加引起的货物时间价值成本上升过快,进而降低运输总成本的增长速度,最终实现运输总成本和运输总时间的综合最优。In view of the characteristics of long distance,long time and complex transportation links of crossborder e-commerce logistics,the logistics path of high-value,time-sensitive goods in cross-border e-commerce is analyzed based on the theory of time value of goods from the perspective of the value of cross-border e-commerce goods and their time sensitivity.The time value cost of goods is taken into account in the cross-border e-commerce logistics route optimization model with minimum to-tal transportation cost and total transportation time.Genetic algorithm was used to solve the model.The results show that when the daily average attenuation rate of high-value time-sensitive goods exceeds a certain range,appropriately increasing the proportion of air transport modes in the total transport route scheme can reduce the value loss of goods in the transport process,avoid the exces-sive rise of the time value cost of goods caused by the increase of the daily average attenuation rate,and thus reduce the growth rate of the total transport cost.Finally,the comprehensive optimization of total transportation cost and total transportation time is realized.
