摘 要:通过计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)数值计算方法对无人机旋翼桨叶进行了气动特性仿真分析,包括拉力和扭矩随转速变化情况,得出仿真计算值与实测值对比良好,说明CFD计算比较精确。再将CFD计算获得的桨叶上下表面定常气动压力作为外载荷导入ANSYS软件,即采用单向流固耦合法,对桨叶进行了定常旋转的结构静力学仿真分析,分析了采用不同质量分数PA66/GF材料制造的桨叶的结构静力学性能,包括在不同转速下,不同质量分数PA66/GF桨叶的最大变形和最大应力变化,由此可以为生产制造材料的选择提供参考依据。In this paper,the aerodynamic characteristics of the UAV rotor blades were simulated and analyzed by CFD numerical calculation method,including the variation in thrust and torque with rotor speed.A comparison between simulation and experimental results showed that the CFD calculation is accurate.Then,the steady-state aerodynamic pressure on the upper and lower surfaces of the blade obtained from CFD calculation was imported into ANSYS as external load.This one-way fluid coupling method was used to perform structural static simulation analysis of the blade during steady-state rotation.The structural static performance of blades made of PA66/GF materials with different mass was analyzed,including maximum deformation and maximum stress changes of PA66/GF blades with different mass fractions at different rotor speeds.Therefore,it can provide for the selection of production materials.
