摘  要:介绍了列车管初减压量和空气后备制动及其气路原理。空气后备制动系统作为电空制动系统故障时的一种应急补救措施,为使其具备列车管初减压量的控制功能,在该系统中增加了气动二位三通换向阀和初制风缸以加快后备均衡风缸的减压速度使其具备列车管初减压量的功能,解决了后备制动阀操作常用制动和大闸操作常用制动的差异性并投入使用。The initial pressure reduction amount of the train pipe,the air backup braking and its air circuit principle are introduced.The air backup braking system serves as an emergency remedial measure in case of failure of the electronically controlled air braking system.In order to make it possess the control function of the initial pressure reduction amount of the train pipe,a pneumatic two-position three-way reversing valve and an initial braking cylinder are added to this system to accelerate the pressure reduction speed of the backup equalizing cylinder,so that it has the function of the initial pressure reduction amount of the train pipe.This has solved the difference between the application of the service braking by operating the backup brake valve and that by operating the main brake valve,and it has been put into practice.
