长三角地区数字经济与新型城镇化发展的耦合协调研究

摘  要:数字经济与新型城镇化相互协调、深度融合对推动长三角地区经济高质量发展具有重要意义。以长三角三省一市为研究对象,运用熵值法构建数字经济与新型城镇化发展评价指标体系,相对发展度和耦合协调度模型对数字经济与新型城镇化的发展水平、耦合协调度等进行测度评价,并运用障碍度模型分析影响其协调发展的障碍因子。结果表明:数字经济与新型城镇化的发展水平、耦合协调度在逐年上升,且存在区域性差异。其中数字化创新、社会城镇化和数字化产业是主要障碍因素。据此提出三省一市应加快基础设施建设、聚焦科技创新、不断提升长三角地区一体化发展韧性的对策建议。Mutual coordination and deep integration of digital economy and new urbanization are of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta Region economy.Taking the three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta as the research object,the entropy value method is used to construct the evaluation index system for the development of digital economy and new urbanization,the relative development degree and coupling coordination degree model is used to measure and evaluate the development level and coupling coordination degree of digital economy and new urbanization,and the obstacle degree model is used to analyze the obstacle factors affecting the coordinated development of the digital economy and new urbanization.The results show that the development level and coupling coordination degree of the digital economy and new urbanization are increasing year by year,and there are regional differences.Among them,digital innovation,social urbanization,and digital industry are the main obstacle factors.Accordingly,it is proposed that the three provinces and one city should accelerate infrastructure construction,focus on scientific and technological innovation,and continuously improve the resilience of integrated development in the Yangtze River Delta Region.
