骨盆牵引联合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨骨盆牵引联合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果。方法 选取2023年2月—2024年2月济宁骨伤医院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,根据入院先后差异将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用骨盆牵引治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合独活寄生汤加减治疗。比较两组的中医证候积分、疼痛程度、腰椎功能、临床疗效、炎性因子水平。结果 治疗后,观察组各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,日本骨科学会下腰痛评价量表评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 骨盆牵引联合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的疗效显著,可改善患者的疼痛程度和腰椎功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective Exploring the effect of pelvic traction combined with modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Jining Orthopedic Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects,according to the difference in admission order,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pelvic traction,while the observation group was treated with modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the basis of the control group.Compare the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome points,pain levels,lumbar spine function,clinical efficacy,and inflammatory factor levels between two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Low Back Pain Evaluation Scale score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than the 77.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic traction combined with modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with lumbar disc herniation,which can improve their pain level and lumbar spine function.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
