中药熏洗联合温针灸治疗对运动性膝关节损伤患者膝关节功能及疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏洗联合温针灸治疗在运动性膝关节损伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2023年1月莱州市中医医院收治的84例运动性膝关节损伤患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用综合康复训练,观察组采用中药熏洗联合温针灸治疗,两组均连续治疗8周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、膝关节功能、疼痛程度及肌力变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数评分、疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分均低于对照组,180°/s时屈膝肌峰力矩、180°/s时伸膝肌峰力矩、60°/s时屈膝肌峰力矩、60°/s时伸膝肌峰力矩均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗联合温针灸治疗运动性膝关节损伤患者可提高疗效,加快膝关节功能恢复,降低VAS评分。Objective To explore the application effect of fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with exercise-induced knee joint injury.Methods Eighty-Four patients with exercise-induced knee joint injury admitted to Laizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.The clinical effect,knee joint function,pain degree and muscle strength of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 80.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Western Ontario And Mcmaster University Osteoarthritis Index score and Visual Analogue Scale of pain(VAS)score were lower than those of the control group,and the peak moment of the knee muscle at 180°/s,the peak moment of the knee muscle at 180°/s,the peak moment of the knee muscle at 60°/s,and the peak moment of the knee muscle at 60°/s were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the curative effect of exercise-induced knee joint injury,accelerate the recovery of knee joint function and reduce the VAS score.
