摘　　要：目的探讨中药敷脐联合耳穴贴压对心力衰竭合并便秘患者的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月—2023年9月上海中医药大学附属龙华医院收治的96例心力衰竭合并便秘患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药敷脐联合耳穴贴压干预。对比两组的便秘症状评分、排便情况。结果观察组各项便秘症状评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组首次排便时间短于对照组,周排便次数多于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心力衰竭患者实施中药敷脐联合耳穴贴压干预,可取得更为理想的干预效果,可有效改善患者的排便及便秘情况。Objective Exploring the application effect of umbilical application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular point sticking on patients with heart failure and constipation.Methods A total of 96 patients with heart failure and constipation admitted to Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects,using a random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received umbilical application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular point sticking intervention on the basis of the control group.Compare the constipation symptom scores and defecation situation between two groups.Results The scores of various constipation symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first defecation time of the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the weekly defecation frequency was more than that in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The umbilical application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular point sticking intervention for patients with heart failure and constipation can achieve more ideal intervention effects and effectively improve patients'defecation and constipation.
