发酵杂交构树对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质和卵泡数量的影响

摘  要:旨在研究饲粮添加发酵杂交构树对海兰褐蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质和卵泡数量的影响。选取160只日龄309 d、产蛋率接近的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分成2组,每组8个重复,每个重复有10只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础饲粮中加入3%的发酵杂交构树,经过7 d的预试期、60 d的正试期。与对照组相比,试验组的蛋壳厚度显著提高、哈氏单位显著提高、蛋黄颜色显著提高(p<0.05);产蛋率、平均蛋质量、平均日采食量、料蛋比无显著差异;卵泡数量无显著差异(p>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加发酵杂交构树能在一定程度上改善蛋鸡的蛋品质,且对蛋鸡的产蛋性能无不良影响,可以作为新型蛋白饲料原料的应用。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera on laying performance,egg quality,and follicle number in Hyland Brown laying hens.The experiment was conducted with 160 Hyland Brown laying hens at 309 days of age with a comparable egg production rate,which were divided into two groups,each consisting of eight replicates with 10 per replicate.The control group received a basal diet,whereas the experimental group was provided with a basal diet with 3%fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera for 7 d in the pre-test period and 60 d in the main-test period.The results showed that the experimental group exhibited significantly enhanced eggshell thickness,Hatschek′s unit,and yolk color compared to the control group(p<0.05),and no significant changes(p>0.05)were observed between the groups in terms of laying rate,average egg weight,average daily feed intake,feed-to-egg ratio,and follicle number.In conclusion,the addition of fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera into the ration can positively influence certain aspects of the egg quality of laying hens without adversely affecting the productive performance of laying hens,suggesting its potential as an innovative protein feed ingredient.
