摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法制备了超高金属负载量的NiMoW/SiO_(2)催化剂,利用N2吸附-脱附、XRD、XPS、HRTEM等方法对催化剂的结构进行表征,考察了金属负载量对催化剂柴油深度加氢性能的影响。实验结果表明,随金属负载量的增加,催化剂活性组分的分散度逐渐降低,金属硫化物的晶片长度和堆垛层数均增加。当金属负载量为50%(w)时,催化剂具有较好的活性相结构和分布,表现出最优的柴油加氢性能,反应后催化裂化柴油的硫氮脱除率均达99.5%以上,具有良好的工业应用前景。The NiMoW/SiO_(2) catalyst with ultra-high metal loading was prepared by the incipient wetness impregnation method.The structure of the catalyst was characterized by N_(2) adsorptiondesorption,XRD,XPS,and HRTEM,and the effect of metal loading on the deep diesel hydrogenation performance of the catalyst was investigated.The experimental results show that with the increase in metal loading,the dispersion of the active components of the catalyst decreases gradually,along with the increased crystal length and stacking layers of the metal sulfides.When the metal loading is 50%(w),the catalyst has optimal active phase structure and distribution and shows the best diesel hydrogenation performance.The sulfur and nitrogen removal rate of diesel experiencing catalytic cracking after the reaction is more than 99.5%,showing a good industrial application prospect.
