摘 要:以自制13X分子筛为载体,采用浸渍法负载聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)对13X分子筛进行改性,制备了13X-PEI吸附剂,利用N2吸附-脱附、XRD、NH3-TPD、FTIR、Py-IR等方法对吸附剂进行表征,考察了13X-PEI吸附剂对未聚C5模拟油的吸附脱氯性能。实验结果表明,PEI成功负载到13X分子筛的孔道内部,且没有破坏13X分子筛的微孔结构;13X-PEI吸附剂的总酸量增加、比表面积降低,吸附能力优于13X分子筛;在吸附温度30℃、体积空速1.0 h-1条件下,13X-PEI吸附剂的穿透时间为48 h,最大穿透吸附容量达28.8 mg/g。With the self-made 13X zeolite as the carrier,the 13X zeolite was modified by the impregnation method loaded with polyethylenimine(PEI),and 13X-PEI adsorbent was prepared.The adsorbent was characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD,NH3-TPD,FTIR,Py-IR,and the adsorption and dechlorination performance of 13X-PEI adsorbent on unpolymerized C5 simulated oil was investigated.The experimental results show that PEI is successfully loaded into the pore of the 13X zeolite and causes no damage to the microporous structure of the 13X zeolite.The total acid content of 13X-PEI adsorbent increases,and the specific surface area decreases.The adsorption capacity is better than that of the 13X zeolite.Under the conditions of an adsorption temperature of 30℃ and a volume space velocity of 1.0 h-1,the penetrating time of 13X-PEI adsorbent is 48 h,and the maximum penetrating adsorption capacity is 28.8 mg/g.
