极性化合物对液体聚丁二烯橡胶微观结构的影响

摘  要:以正丁基锂为引发剂,极性化合物为调节剂,1,3-丁二烯为单体,采用阴离子聚合法合成了液体聚丁二烯橡胶(LBR)。利用FTIR,1H NMR,GPC等方法,考察了聚合条件、极性调节剂以及复合调节体系对单体转化率、LBR的分子量及微观结构的影响。实验结果表明,低温有利于乙基四氢糠基醚(ETE)调节体系提高LBR的1,2-构型含量,ETE含量为1000 mg/L时,调节体系对1,2-构型调节能力最高;叔丁醇钠/ETE复配体系可进一步提高单体转化率和LBR的1,2-构型含量,σ/μ型配体的复合调节体系对LBR的1,2-构型具有更强的调节能力;环己亚胺/ETE复配体系中ETE的引入对碳锂键活性中心具有极高的络合解缔作用,因此σ/μ型复配体系是潜在高效的锂系LBR的结构调节手段。Liquid polybutadiene rubber(LBR)was synthesized by anionic polymerization method using n-butyllithium as an initiator,polar compounds as modifiers,and 1,3-butadiene as a monomer.The effects of polymerization conditions,polarity regulator,and complex regulation system on monomer conversion rate,microstructure,and molecular weight of LBR were investigated by using FTIR,1H NMR,and GPC.The experimental results demonstrate that low temperatures are conducive to the ethyltetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol ether(ETE)regulation system to enhance the 1,2-configuration ratio of LBR.When ETE content is 1000 mg/L,the regulation ability of the regulation system for 1,2-configuration is the strongest.Furthermore,the sodium tert-butoxide/ETE complex system can enhance the monomer conversion rate and the 1,2-configuration ratio of LBR.The complex regulation system ofσ/μtype ligands demonstrates a superior regulation ability to 1,2-configuration of LBR.The introduction of ETE into the cycloheximide/ETE complex system has a markedly high complexationdecoupling effect on the active center of the lithium carbon bond.Consequently,theσ/μtype complex system represents a promising and efficient approach for structural regulation of lithium-based LBR.
