摘 要:采用气湿改性剂PQS-28对岩心表面进行改性,利用FTIR、SEM和接触角测试等方法以及岩心自吸和驱替实验,考察了改性前后岩心的形貌结构、润湿性变化及解除液锁伤害的能力。实验结果表明,PQS-28可将岩心表面润湿性转变为强气湿性,改性后地层条件下老化63 d后,水相和油相接触角为130.4°和105.6°;PQS-28是通过取代羟基连接在岩石表面,实现润湿改性;岩心经PQS-28溶液改性后,300 min内水相和油相自吸量减少65.93%和64.40%,水锁和油锁岩心渗透率平均提高8.63倍和2.36倍;PQS-28改性后岩心转变为气湿性,利于岩心内部液相排出,解除液锁,提高气相渗透率。The core surface was modified with the gas-wetting modifier PQS-28.FTIR,SEM,contact angle test,core imbibition and displacement experiments were carried out to investigate the morphology,structure,wettability,and the ability to remove liquid lock damage before and after modification.The experimental results show that PQS-28 can turn the wettability of the core surface into strong gas wettability.After 63 d aging under formation conditions,the contact angles of the water phase and oil phase are 130.4°and 105.6°,respectively.PQS-28 is connected to the rock surface by replacing the hydroxyl group to achieve wetting modification;after the core was modified with PQS-28 solution,the spontaneous imbibition amount of water phase and oil phase decreases by 65.93%and 64.40%within 300 min,and the permeability of water lock and oil lock cores increases by 8.63 times and 2.36 times on average.PQS-28 can make the core gas wetting.It is beneficial to the discharge of the liquid phase inside the core,removing the liquid lock and improving the gas phase permeability.
