摘  要:苯乙烯在精制过程中,经常会发生精苯乙烯塔分离效率下降、塔压差升高和填料聚合物堵塞等现象,导致苯乙烯产品质量降低及生产负荷受限,甚至造成装置非正常停车。从设备和工艺两方面分析并确定了导致上述问题的主要原因为生产负荷变化、分布器不匹配、塔内部清理不彻底等。针对这些问题,提出了增加阻聚剂用量、改进分布器设计及加强塔内部清理等应对措施,以缓解和预防精苯乙烯塔聚合物堵塞问题,确保装置的长周期安全运行。During the refining process of styrene,issues frequently occurred,such as decreased separation efficiency,increased column pressure difference,and polymer blocking in the packing.These problems led to the decreased quality of styrene products,limited production capacity,and even unscheduled shutdowns.The main causes of these issues were analyzed and identified from both equipment and process perspectives,including load variations,distributor mismatches,and incomplete internal cleaning of the column.In response to these problems,measures were proposed,such as increasing the amount of polymerization inhibitor,improving distributor design,and enhancing internal cleaning of the column.Therefore,polymer blocking was alleviated and prevented in the styrene finishing column,and the long-term safe operation of the unit was ensured.
