摘 要:针对路基的季节冻土冻胀与多年冻土热融变形病害问题,研发基于多源热泵原理的主动温度控制技术。硬件方面,设计面向交通结构场景的异型热泵系统,构建热泵机组的热能转化、运行状态监测、过载过热保护、机电一体控制等各项功能的组件模块,提出传热强化的换热器类型及多源驱动方案。软件方面,构建路基热负荷预测模型、多源储量评估模型、热泵系统稳态热力计算模型、离网式光储供电系统设计模型、热泵系统动态运行控制模型。该技术应用于准池铁路、沈白高速铁路、河北省秦唐高速公路、青海省道S224公路等多条铁路、公路,路基温度控制效果良好。In order to mitigate the problems of seasonal frozen soil frost heave and permafrost thawing deformation of subgrades in cold regions,an active temperature control technology has been developed based on the working principle of multi-source heat pumps.In terms of hardware,a customized heat pump system for transportation structure scenarios has been designed,and functional modules for heat energy conversion,operation condition monitoring,overload and overheating protection,and integrated electromechanical control of the heat pump unit have been constructed.A heat exchanger type with enhanced heat transfer and a multi-source driving scheme have been proposed.In terms of software,a subgrade heat load prediction model,a multi-source reserve evaluation model,a steady-state thermal calculation model for heat pump systems,a design model for off-grid photovoltaic power systems,and a dynamic operation control model for heat pump systems have been constructed.This technology has been applied to several railways and highways such as Junggar-Shenchi Railway,Shenyang-Changbai Mountain High-Speed Railway,Qinhuangdao-Tangshan Expressway in Hebei Province,and Provincial Highway S224 in Qinghai Province,and achieved good temperature control of the subgrade.
