摘　　要：城乡关系不仅表现为城市与乡村之间的空间关系,还表现为经济关系和社会关系等。城市与乡村是城乡关系的载体,工业与农业、城市居民与农民的利益关系更是城乡关系的实质所在。新中国成立以来,城乡关系不仅是影响我国经济社会发展的重要问题,更是我国实现现代化始终需要面对的关键问题。新型城乡关系的意涵在于对乡村价值的重塑,新型城乡关系彰显了乡村社会的独特功能,呈现了乡村对于中国式现代化的重大意义,体现了以人民为中心的发展思想。构建新型城乡关系,应围绕融合载体、融合切点、融合目标,以夯实城乡融合县域载体为基础,以推动城乡资源要素平等交换和推进农业转移人口市民化为重点,以促进城乡公共服务均等化为目标。The relationship between urban and rural areas is characterized not only by the spatial dynamics but also by deep-seated economic and social ties.Cities and villages serve as the foundational elements of this relationship,while the interests between industry and agriculture,as well as between urban residents and rural farmers,are the essence of the relationship.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the relationship between urban and rural areas is not only an important issue affecting China’s economic and social development,but also a key issue that China needs to face all the time to realize modernization.The implication of the new urban-rural relationship lies in redefining the value of rural areas,highlighting their unique roles and significant contributions to the distinctly Chinese path of modernization.This approach reflects a commitment to people-centered development.Constructing this new relationship involves focusing on integration platforms,breakthrough points,and goals.It requires strengthening county-level integration as a foundation,promoting the equitable exchange and bidirectional flow of urban and rural resources,emphasizing the urbanization of rural migrant populations,and striving to equalize public services between urban and rural areas.
