摘 要:试验采用PCR-SSCP方法检测生长激素基因(GH)在莱茵鹅群体中的多态性,并分析GH基因与莱茵鹅屠宰性能的关系。结果表明,在GH基因第4外显子中发现了T291C,G297A共2个SNP,形成了AA型、AB型和BB型3种基因型,群体纯合度为0.5868,杂合度为0.4132,多态信息含量为0.3278。母鹅70日龄BB型宰前活重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重显著高于AA型(P<0.05),AA型屠宰率显著高于AB型和BB型(P<0.05),AB型全净膛率显著高于BB型(P<0.05)。公鹅BB型宰前活重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重显著高于AA型(P<0.05)。其他指标在同性别鹅内不同基因型之间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。这些关联表明GH基因可以用于莱茵鹅屠体和肉品质性状的早期选育。The polymorphism of growth hormone gene(GH)was detected by PCR-SSCP and the relationship between GH gene and slaughter performance of Rhine geese was analyzed.The results showed that two SNPS of T291C and G297A were found in exon 4 of GH gene,forming three genotypes of AA,AB and BB.The homozygosity of the population was 0.5868,heterozygosity was 0.4132,and polymorphism information content was 0.3278.The prekill live weight,carcass weight,half eviscated weight and full eviscated weight of geese of BB type at 70 day old were significantly higher than those of AA type,the slaughter rate of AA type was significantly higher than that of AB type and BB type,and the eviscated rate of AB type was significantly higher than that of BB type(P<0.05).The live weight,carcass weight,half bore weight and full bore weight of gander BB type were significantly higher than those of gander AA type(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in other indexes among genotypes of geese of the same sex(P>0.05).These associations suggested that GH gene could be used for early selection of carcass and meat quality traits of Rhine geese.
