摘 要:文章旨在研究平菇菌糠发酵饲料对育肥猪生长性能、肠道微生物和免疫功能的影响。试验将300头均重(44.79±1.84)kg的三元(杜×长×大)杂交育肥猪随机分为4组,每6组1个重复,每个重复10头。试验日粮分别在基础日粮中添加0、1%、2%和4%的发酵菌糠,试验为期32 d。试验结果表明,2%的平菇菌糠发酵料组平均日增重(ADG)较其他组分别显著提高3.82%、2.65%和1.94%(P <0.05);2%的平菇菌糠发酵料组料重比(F/G)较对照组显著降低4.1%(P <0.05)。2%和4%的平菇菌糠发酵料组育肥猪腹股沟淋巴指数显著提高(P <0.05)。2%的平菇菌糠发酵料组育肥猪血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白(IgM)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著提高(P <0.05),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著降低(P <0.05),白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量显著提高(P <0.05)。2%的平菇菌糠料组育肥猪回肠、结肠和盲肠乳酸杆菌含量均显著提高(P <0.05);2%和4%的平菇菌糠料组育肥猪回肠和结肠大肠杆菌含量显著降低(P <0.05);1%~4%的平菇菌糠料组育肥猪结肠沙门氏菌含量显著降低(P <0.05)。总之,在本试验条件下,平菇菌糠发酵料最适添加量为2%。The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of fermented mushroom bran feed on the growth performance,intestinal microbiota,and immune function of fattening pigs.300 ternary(Du×Long×Large)hybrid fattening pigs with an average weight of(44.79±1.84)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 1 group consisting of 6 replicates and 10 pigs per replicate.Add 0,1%,2%,and 4%fermented bacterial bran to the basic feed as the experimental feed for a total of 32 days.Experimental results:The ADG of the 2%fermented mushroom bran group was significantly increased by 3.82%,2.65%,and 1.94%compared to the other groups(P<0.05);The F/G of the 2%fermented mushroom bran group was significantly reduced by 4.1%compared to the control group(P<0.05).The inguinal lymph node index of fattening pigs was significantly increased in the groups of 2%and 4%fermented mushroom bran(P<0.05).The serum IgA,M,and G contents of fattening pigs were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the IL-6 content was significantly reduced(P<0.05)and the IL-10 content was significantly increased(P<0.05)in the 2%fermented mushroom bran group.The content of lactobacilli in the ileum,colon,and cecum of fattening pigs was significantly increased in the 2%shiitake mushroom bran group(P<0.05);The content of Escherichia coli in the ileum and colon of fattening pigs treated with 2%and 4%shiitake mushroom bran significantly decreased(P<0.05);The content of Salmonella in the colon of fattening pigs was significantly reduced(P<0.05)in the 1%to 4%mushroom bran group.In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal amount of mushroom bran fermentation material added is 2%.
