木薯叶粉对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道有害菌的影响

摘  要:文章旨在探究木薯叶粉对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道有害菌的影响。试验选择健康的均重81 kg左右的长大二元猪144头,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复6头。各组日粮分别添加0%、1%、2%、4%的木薯叶粉,试验包括3 d预饲期和42 d正试期。结果显示,与对照组相比,4%的木薯叶粉组育肥猪平均日增重显著降低4.07%(P <0.05);料肉比显著降低4.60%(P <0.05);添加1%~4%的木薯叶粉对育肥猪初重、采食量及末重均无显著影响(P> 0.05)。4%的木薯叶粉组育肥猪血清总蛋白(TP)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著降低(P <0.05),尿素氮(BUN)含量显著升高(P <0.05);4%的木薯叶粉组育肥猪血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著降低(P <0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性显著降低(P <0.05),还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著降低(P <0.05);2%和4%的木薯叶粉组肥猪血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著提高(P <0.05),此外,木薯叶粉对育肥猪血清白蛋白(ALB)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均无显著影响(P> 0.05)。4%的木薯叶粉组育肥猪回肠大肠杆菌含量显著提高(P <0.05);2%和4%的木薯叶粉组育肥猪结肠大肠杆菌含量显著提高(P <0.05);木薯叶粉对育肥猪直肠大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌含量无显著影响(P> 0.05)。综上所述,过量添加木薯叶粉对育肥猪抗氧化、免疫均有一定负面影响,其最适添加量不宜超过2%。The purpose of this experiment is to explore the effects of cassava leaf powder on the growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,and intestinal harmful bacteria of fattening pigs.A total of 144 healthy adult binary pigs with an average weight of about 81 kilograms were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group containing 6 replicates,and each replicate containing 6 pigs.The experimental feed with 0%,1%,2%,and 4%cassava leaf powder added to each component consisted of a 3-day pilot test and a 42 day main test.The results showed:Compared with the control group,the 4%cassava leaf powder group significantly reduced the average daily weight gain of fattening pigs by 4.07%(P<0.05);The meat to feed ratio significantly decreased by 4.60%(P<0.05);Adding 1%to 4%cassava leaf powder had no significant effect on the initial weight,feed intake,and final weight of fattening pigs(P>0.05).The serum TP and IgG content of fattening pigs in the 4%cassava leaf powder group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the BUN content was significantly increased(P<0.05);The serum T-AOC ability,GSH Px activity,and GSH content of fattening pigs in the 4%cassava leaf powder group were significantly reduced(P<0.05);The levels of MDA in serum of fattening pigs were significantly increased in the 2%and 4%cassava leaf powder groups(P<0.05).In addition,cassava leaf powder had no significant effect on the levels of ALB,IgA,IgM and CAT activity in serum of fattening pigs(P>0.05).The 4%cassava leaf powder group significantly increased the content of Escherichia coli in the ileum of fattening pigs(P<0.05);The 2%and 4%cassava leaf powder groups significantly increased the content of Escherichia coli in the colon of fattening pigs(P<0.05);Cassava leaf powder had no significant effect on the content of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in the rectum of fattening pigs(P>0.05).To sum up:Excessive addition of cassava leaf powder has a certain negative impact on antioxidant and immune functions of fattening pigs,and its optimal addition amount should not
