摘  要:文章旨在探究日粮添加桑叶对育肥猪生长性能、肌肉脂肪酸组成和脂质代谢的影响。试验将160头均重(84.59±3.73)kg的健康三元(杜长大)杂交猪随机(公母对半)分为4组,每组8个重复,每重复5头。对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别饲喂添加0%、1.2%、2.4%和4.8%桑叶的基础日粮。结果表明:在初重无差异的前提下(P> 0.05),与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组育肥猪平均日增重显著提高7.32%(P <0.05);试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组育肥猪料肉比显著降低5.90%和6.49%(P <0.05);同时,添加桑叶对育肥猪采食量无显著影响(P> 0.05)。试验Ⅱ组C14:0、C18:0含量显著降低(P <0.05),n-6/n-3比值显著降低(P <0.05),n-3PUFA含量显著提高(P <0.05);试验Ⅲ组C12:0、C14:0、C18:0含量显著降低(P <0.05),n-6/n-3比值显著降低(P <0.05),C18:2n-6、C18:3n-6、C20:3n-6、n-3PUFA含量显著提高(P <0.05)。试验Ⅲ组育肥猪肌肉脂肪酸FAS和ACC mRNA表达量显著提高(P <0.05),各试验组间HSL、LPL、FATP和SCD mRNA表达量均无显著影响(P <0.05)。结论 :日粮添加4.8%的桑叶能显著提高育肥猪生长性能并调控脂代谢。The aim of this experiment is to investigate the effects of adding mulberry leaves to the feed on the growth performance,muscle fatty acid composition,and lipid metabolism of fattening pigs.160 healthy three element(Du Chang Da)hybrid pigs with an average weight of(84.59±3.73)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups(male and female halves),with 8 replicates in each group and 5 pigs per replicate.The control group and experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢwere fed with basal diets supplemented with 0%,1.2%,2.4%,and 4.8%mulberry leaves,respectively.The results showed that,under the premise of no difference in initial weight(P>0.05),compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain of fattening pigs in experimental groupⅢsignificantly increased by 7.32%(P<0.05);The feed to meat ratio of fattening pigs in ExperimentⅡand ExperimentⅢsignificantly decreased by 5.90%and 6.49%(P<0.05),respectively;Meanwhile,adding mulberry leaves had no significant effect on the feed intake of fattening pigs(P>0.05).The content of C14:0 and C18:0 in experimental groupⅡsignificantly decreased(P<0.05),the n-6/n-3 ratio significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the n-3 PUFA content significantly increased(P<0.05);The content of C12:0,C14:0,and C18:0 in GroupⅢwas significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the n-6/n-3 ratio was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The content of C18:2n-6,C18:3n-6,C20:3n-6,and n-3 PUFA was significantly increased(P<0.05).The mRNA expression levels of fatty acids FAS and ACC in the muscle of fattening pigs in ExperimentⅢwere significantly increased(P<0.05),while there was no significant effect on the mRNA expression levels of HSL,LPL,FATP,and SCD among the experimental groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding 4.8%mulberry leaves to the diet can significantly improve the growth performance of fattening pigs and regulate lipid metabolism.
