摘　　要：保护和利用好黑土地是东北地区乡村振兴的前提与保障,而乡村振兴又是实现区域黑土地长效保护利用的根本途径。地质调查工作在支撑黑土地保护和乡村振兴国家战略方面发挥着重要的基础性、公益性作用。通过资料收集和改化、遥感解译、路线调查、槽形钻、机动浅钻、地质钻探、地球物理、分析测试等技术手段,在黑龙江省海伦市开展黑土地地表基质调查试点,基本查清了支撑和孕育黑土的地表基质类型、垂直结构、理化性质等特征。成果为查明黑土层厚度背景值、耕地保护表土剥离、农村饮水安全和乡村产业振兴等提供了坚实支撑,为地表基质调查工作服务应用落地进行了初步探索并提供示范。Protecting and making good use of black soil is a prerequisite and guarantee for rural revitalisation in Northeast China,while rural revitalisation and development is a fundamental way to achieve long-term protection and use of regional black soil.Geological survey plays an important basic and public welfare role in supporting the national strategy of black soil protection and rural revitalisation.Through data collection and modification,remote sensing interpretation,route survey,trench drilling,mobile shallow drilling,geological drilling,geophysics,and analytical testing,a pilot survey of the ground substrate of black soil was conducted in Hailun city,Heilongjiang province.The basic characteristics of the ground substrate types,vertical structure,and physicochemical properties that support and nurture the black soil were clarified.The results provide a solid support for identifying the background value of black soil layer thickness,topsoil stripping for farmland protection,rural drinking water safety,and rural industrial revitalisation,and provide a preliminary exploration and demonstration for the application of ground substrate survey services.
