代际支持对老年人死亡风险的影响机制研究

摘　　要：基于2005-2018年中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS)数据,结合代际支持在跟踪调查中的时变性,采用时依Cox回归模型,从生活照料、情感慰藉和经济支持三个方面探究代际支持对老年人死亡风险的影响机制。研究表明,在不同的婚姻状况和年龄阶段下,生活照料和情感慰藉对老年人死亡风险的影响机制差异显著。具体而言,生活照料降低了丧偶老年人的死亡风险,情感慰藉降低了中低龄老年人的死亡风险。经济支持对老年人死亡风险的影响虽不显著,但随着经济支持的增加,锻炼对老年人的保护效力逐渐降低,与家人同居的居住方式对老年人的健康损害逐渐增强,为子女在提供代际支持时根据老年人的个体特征进行适应性调整。Based on the data from the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS)from 2005 to 2018 and combined with the inherent time variability of intergenerational support in the longitudinal survey study,this paper leverages the time-dependent Cox proportional hazards regression model to explore the effect of intergenerational support on the risk of death for the elderly from the three aspects of life care,emotional comfort and economic support.The results show that under different marital status and age stages,the effect mechanisms of life care and emotional comfort on the death risk of the elderly are significantly different.Specifically,life care tends to reduce the death risk of the widowed elderly and emotional comfort also tends to prolong the lifespan of the middle-to-low-age elderly.The significant effect of financial support on the death risk of the elderly is not significant.Nevertheless,the protective effect of exercise on the elderly is gradually decreasing with the increasing of financial support while the health damage of living with family is increasing.It suggests that the offspring should make adaptive adjustments according to the individual characteristics of the elderly when providing intergenerational support.
