摘  要:以茜草总蒽醌含量为评价指标,以液料比、乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声次数为单因素试验的影响因子,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化茜草总蒽醌的超声提取工艺。实验确定的最佳提取工艺参数为:液料比10∶1 m L/g,乙醇体积分数70%,超声时间22 min,提取次数3次,在此条件下提取所得茜草总蒽醌的含量为8.75%。该提取工艺的操作可行性高且重复性好,可提高茜草中总蒽醌的提取率。为茜草的研究与开发提供实验参考。Taking the total anthraquinone content of Rubia cordifolia L.as an evaluation index,the solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic frequency as the influencing factors,the ultrasonic extraction of the total anthraquinone content of Rubia cordifolia L.was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface method.The optimum extraction parameters were as follows:liquid-solid ratio was 10:1 mL/g,ethanol volume fraction was 70%,ultrasonic time was 22 min,extraction frequency was 3 times,and the content of total anthraquinone was 8.75%.The extraction process has high feasibility and good repeatability,which is conducive to improving the extraction rate of total anthraquinone from Rubia cordifolia L.,and provides experimental reference for its further development and utilization.
