摘  要:国家安全是民族复兴的根基,国防是一个国家安全稳定发展的重要保障。国防教育是实现强军梦和巩固国防建设的基础工程。加强新时代大学生国防素养培育是适应国际战略形势和国家安全环境新变化的现实需要,也是高校贯彻落实立德树人根本任务的必然之举,更是对新时代大学生综合素质提升的重要举措。面对当前部分高校国防教育教学顶层设计有待加强、教育模式体系有待创新等问题,提出要创新高校军事理论课教学改革以提高国防教育的主渠道作用,创新教育方式方法以增强国防教育的时代感和感染力等实践路径。National security is the foundation of national rejuvenation,and national defense is an important guarantee for the security and stable development of a country.National defense education is a basic project for realizing the dream of building a strong army and consolidating national defense construction.Strengthening the cultivation of national defense literacy of college and university students in the new era is a realistic need to adapt to the new changes in the international strategic situation and the national security environment,and it is also an inevitable move for college and university to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,and it is also an important measure to improve the comprehensive quality of college and university students in the new era.In the face of the current problems that the top-level design of national defense education and teaching in some colleges and universities to be strengthened,and the education model system to be innovated,it is proposed to innovate the teaching reform of military theory courses in college and university to improve the main channel role of national defense education,innovate educational methods to enhance the sense of the times and appeal of national defense education and other practical paths.
