互惠共生视角下“和美乡村”互助养老服务提升路径研究——以浙西X镇为例

摘　　要：提升养老服务水平是和美乡村建设的应有之义,就地互助养老模式为农村老年人提供了新选择。利用互惠共生理论分析框架探讨和美乡村互助养老共同体的构建,强调互助养老模式应整合资源、转变养老服务供给方式,并运用该理论拓宽研究视野。选取浙西X镇为例,实证分析了农村互助养老服务互惠共生模式的成功实践,指出当前和美乡村互助养老服务面临意识淡薄、体制机制缺位和多主体参与度不高等问题,据此提出了转变观念、完善机制、加强引导等方面的建议,旨在打造多主体参与、资源整合的互助养老服务体系,推动和美乡村建设与互助养老服务的互惠共生发展。Improving the level of elderly care services is an essential part of the construction of beautiful and harmonious countryside,and the local mutual aid elderly care model provides a new choice for rural elderly people.By using the analytical framework of mutualistic symbiosis theory,the construction of mutual aid elderly care community in beautiful and harmonious countryside has been explored,emphasizing that the mutual aid elderly care model should integrate resources,and transform the supply mode of elderly care services,and use the mutualistic symbiosis theory to broaden research perspectives.Taking X Town in western Zhejiang province as an example,the successful practice of the mutualistic symbiosis model of rural mutual aid elderly care services has been empirically analyzed.It is pointed out that currently,the mutual aid elderly care services in beautiful and harmonious countryside are faced with problems such as weak awareness,lack of institutional mechanisms,and low participation of multiple subjects.Based on this,suggestions in aspects like changing concepts,improving mechanisms,and strengthening guidance have been put forward,aiming to create a mutual aid elderly care services system with multiple subjects participating and integrating resources,and to promote the mutualistic symbiotic development of the construction of harmonious and beautiful countryside as well as mutual aid elderly care services.
