摘 要:为研究在放牧条件下通过给伊犁马母马补喂半胱胺锌(Zn-CS)对马驹血液生化指标的影响,本研究选择48匹母子关系的泌乳马(24匹)和哺乳马驹(24匹),在相同饲养管理条件下,随机分为4组,马驹与母马分组一致。对照组母马每天补喂0 mg/kg·BW半胱胺锌,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组分别补喂3、5、7 mg/kg·BW半胱胺锌,进行为期100 d的补喂试验,其中预饲期10 d,正试期90 d。试验结果显示:试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅲ组马驹血中总蛋白(TP)含量均显著高于未饲喂Zn-CS的对照组(P<0.05)。给母马补喂Zn-CS能显著降低马驹血中尿素(UERA)含量,并提高甘油三酯(TG)含量,试验Ⅰ组马驹血浆中UERA相比于对照组显著降低了7.54%(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组马驹血浆中TG含量显著高于对照组,提高了28.57%(P<0.05)。补喂不同剂量Zn-CS对马驹血浆中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)有极显著影响,对谷草转氨酶/谷丙转氨酶(AST/ALT)的比值有显著影响。给母马补喂Zn-CS能显著影响马驹血中矿物质元素含量,试验Ⅲ组马驹血中钙离子(Ca^(2+))极显著高于试验Ⅰ组,提高了9.29%(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组马驹血中镁离子(Mg^(2+))显著高于对照组,提高了20%(P<0.05)。综上所述,在放牧条件下给泌乳母马补喂不同剂量的Zn-CS,能够提高马驹血液中TP、GLB、TG、Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+)的含量,增加ALT、AST和ALP的酶活力,且补喂时间越长,越能提升马驹的健康。The experiment aimed to study the effect of supplementing zinc cysteine(Zn-CS)Yili mares on blood biochemical indicators in this study selected 48 lactating horses(24)and lactating horses(24)with a mother child relationship,and randomly divided them into 4 groups under the same feeding and management conditions,with the same grouping of horses and mares.The control group mares were fed 0 mg/kg·BW of cysteamine zinc daily,while the experimental group I,group II and group III was fed 3,5,7 mg/kg·BW Zn-CS.A 100 day feeding experiment was conducted,with a pre feeding period of 10 days and a normal trial period of 90 days.The experimental results showed that the TP content in the blood of the horses in experiment group I and experiment group III was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Supplementing mares with Zn-CS could significantly reduce the UERA content in their blood and increase the TG content.The UERA in the plasma of experimental group I horses was significantly reduced by 7.54%compared with the control group(P<0.05).The TG content in the plasma of experimental group II horses was significantly higher than that of the control group,with an increase of 28.57%(P<0.05).Supplementing different doses of Zn-CS had a significant effect on ALT and AST in the plasma of horses,and had a significant impact on AST/ALT.Supplementing mares with Zn-CS could significantly affect the mineral element content in the blood of horses.The Ca^(2+)in the blood of horses in experiment group III was significantly higher than that in experiment group I,with an increase of 9.29%(P<0.01).The Mg^(2+)in the blood of horses in experiment group I was significantly higher than that in the control group,with an increase of 20%(P<0.05).In summary,feeding lactating mares different doses of Zn-CS under grazing conditions could increase the levels of TP,GLB,TG,Ca^(2+),and Mg^(2+)in their blood,increase the enzyme activity of ALT,AST and ALP,and the longer the feeding time,the better health of the foal could promoted.
