摘  要:针对现有堆浸工艺易出现浸矿盲区和浸矿剂利用率低的问题,本文总结前期堆浸经验,给出了堆浸池选址、建设的工作要求和关键参数的取值,提出了堆浸工艺浸矿剂用量合理确定的方法,其中矿池堆方量、单个集液区面积、入堆矿土含水率三个参数尤为重要,应分别取30000~80000 m^(3)、600~900 m^(2)和小于17%。本文可以为堆浸工艺高效提取离子型稀土矿提供技术支持。In response to the problems of blind spots in ore leaching and low utilization of leaching agents in existing heap leaching processes,this article summarizes the previous heap leaching experience,provides the work requirements and key parameter values for the selection and construction of heap leaching tanks,and proposes a reasonable method for determining the amount of leaching agents used in heap leaching processes.Among them,the volume of ore pool stacking,the area of a single liquid collection area and the water content of ore soil in the heap are particularly important,and should be taken as 30000~80000 m^(3),600~900 m^(²),and less than 17%,respectively.This article can provide technical support for efficient extraction of ionic rare earth ores using heap leaching technology.
