摘 要:本文研究了高熔点元素Nb添加对不同时效工艺下烧结NdFeB磁体及磁性能的影响规律。研究表明,在磁体中添加一定量的Nb时,经过单独460℃时效处理后磁体的矫顽力优于经过二级时效和单独900℃时效处理磁体的矫顽力,其中当Nb的添加量为0.97%时,经过单独460℃时效处理后磁体矫顽力相对经过二级时效处理的磁体提升了0.77 kOe。证实了在烧结NdFeB磁体中掺杂一定量的高熔点元素,可以缩短磁体烧结后的时效流程,为生产大批量磁体时缩短制造时间有一定的实际应用价值。This paper investigates the effect of high melting point element Nb addition on the magnetic properties of sintered NdFeB magnets under different heat treatment processes.Research result has shown that when a certain amount of Nb is added,the coercivity HCJ of the magnet under individual heat treatment at 460℃is higher than that after two-stage heat treatment and individual heat treatment at 900℃.When the amount of Nb is 0.97%,the HCJ of the magnet after individual heat treatment at 460℃is 0.77 kOe higher than that of the magnet after two-stage aging treatment.It has been confirmed that doping a certain amount of high melting point elements in sintered NdFeB magnets can shorten the heat treatment process of the magnets after sintering,which shows potential practical application value for reducing the manufacturing time.
