摘 要:为研究乙酸铵浓度、浸取温度、乙酸铵溶液pH三种因素对黏土矿物膨胀率的敏感性,以福建某稀土矿山全风化层稀土样品为试验材料,利用智能膨胀仪,基于RSM-BBD法设计了17组试验方案,建立三因素及其交互作用与黏土矿物膨胀率之间的响应面回归模型,并验证了模型的可靠性,研究了三因素及其交互作用对黏土矿物膨胀率的影响程度。研究结果表明:浸取温度对黏土矿物膨胀率敏感性最大,黏土矿物膨胀率随乙酸铵浓度的增大而逐渐降低,乙酸铵溶液在pH为6时黏土矿物的膨胀率最低。最佳工艺条件为:乙酸铵浓度0.204 mol/L,浸取温度20.122℃、乙酸铵溶液pH为6.103,该条件下,黏土矿物膨胀率的预测值为3.232%,实际黏土矿物膨胀率为3.368%,与预测值相差较小,表明采用RSM-BBD法建立的模型对黏土矿物膨胀率有较好的预测效果。In order to study the sensitivity of three factors,ammonium acetate concentration,leaching temperature and pH of ammonium acetate solution to the expansion rate of clay minerals,17 groups of test schemes were designed based on RSM-BBD method using intelligent dilatometer and rare earth samples from a rare earth mine in Fujian Province as test materials,and a response surface regression model between the three factors and their interactions with the expansion rate of clay minerals was established.The reliability of the model is verified,and the influence of three factors and their interaction on the expansion rate of clay minerals is studied.The results show that the leaching temperature is the most sensitive to the expansion rate of clay minerals,and the expansion rate of clay minerals gradually decreases with the increase of the concentration of ammonium acetate,and the expansion rate of clay minerals is the lowest when the pH of ammonium acetate solution is 6.The best process conditions are:Under the conditions of 0.204 mol/L ammonium acetate concentration,20.122℃leaching temperature and 6.103 pH of ammonium acetate solution,the predicted expansion rate of clay minerals was 3.232%,while the actual expansion rate of clay minerals was 3.368%,which was slightly different from the predicted value.The results show that the model established by RSM-BBD method has a good prediction effect on the expansion rate of clay minerals.
