摘　　要：为了探究装备制造业智能化转型的规律和促进转型进程,考虑到技术、组织和环境对这一转型进程的影响,需确定装备制造业智能化转型的关键影响因素。为了识别关键影响因素,提出一种基于TOE框架和决策试验和评估实验室(DEMATEL)的分析方法。研究结果表明:从技术-组织-环境三个层面相较于其他影响因素研发投入是影响装备制造企业智能化转型最重要的因素,高管学历是影响装备制造企业智能化转型最根本的因素。据此提出装备制造业智能化转型的相关建议。To explore the patterns of intelligent transformation in the equipment manufacturing industry and to promote the transformation process,considering the influence of technology,organization,and environment on this transformation process,it is crucial to identify the key influencing factors.To identify these key influencing factors,an analysis method based on the TOE framework and Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)is proposed.The research results indicate that,among the various influencing factors across the technology,organization,and environment dimensions,R&D investment is the most important factor affecting the intelligent transformation of equipment manufacturing enterprises,while the educational background of top executives is the most fundamental factor.Based on these findings,relevant suggestions for the intelligent transformation of the equipment manufacturing industry are proposed.The purpose,methods,results and conclusions of the study.
