摘 要:作为提升制药企业信息化水平的关键措施,将台账记录纳入电子系统,实现生产全程无纸化,对于减少纸质记录带来的不便和环境污染风险至关重要。本文详细介绍了中国医学科学院医学生物学研究所搭建的电子台账系统。该系统采用浏览器/服务器(B/S)架构,能够满足制药行业生产和质量需求,集成了用户、角色、科室权限管理,电子台账的设计和填写以及科室、表格、操作日志信息的展示等功能。在实际应用中,电子台账系统可以有效解决制药企业台账类记录电子填写等问题,例如无论是在洁净区还是非洁净区都能便捷地完成台账记录填写。此外,该系统还可以将所有数据集中于系统内,便于后续的查询和分析,避免纸质记录对环境造成的污染风险,为制药企业记录电子化和信息化发展提供了强有力的支撑。As a critical initiative to enhance the informatization level of pharmaceutical enterprises,incorporating ledger records into electronic systems to achieve paperless production is crucial for mitigating the inconvenience and environmental pollution risks associated with paper records.This article provides a detailed introduction to the electronic ledger system built by the Institute of Medical Biology,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.The electronic ledger system adopts a B/S architecture,meeting the production and quality requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.It integrates functionalities such as user,role,and department permission management;design and completion of electronic ledgers;and the display of departmental,tabular,and operational log information.In practical applications,the electronic ledger system effectively solves the problem of electronically completing ledger records in pharmaceutical companies.For example,it is easy to fill in the ledger records in both clean and unclean areas.The implementation of this system not only minimizes the environmental pollution risks caused by paper records but also centralizes all data within the system,facilitating subsequent query and analysis.Moreover,the system can centralize all data within the system,facilitating subsequent queries and analyses.It avoids the environmental pollution risks associated with paper records and provides robust support for the electronic and information-based development of record-keeping in pharmaceutical companies.
