摘　　要：人体皮肤与神经系统密切关联,神经纤维与皮肤细胞通过多种神经介质相互交流,从而调节皮肤的各项功能。近年来,美容行业愈发关注神经信号分子与皮肤细胞之间互动的作用机制并致力于寻找神经美容功效成分,以解决各种皮肤问题、改善肌肤健康。本文旨在阐明神经美容科学的理论基础,针对即时祛皱、抗衰老、防脱发、调节色素沉着、舒缓镇静功效阐述各种神经介质对皮肤细胞的影响,梳理神经系统靶标,并介绍了气味分子通过嗅觉受体对皮肤的作用。最后对神经美容学的发展趋势做出展望,期待研发更有效的功能性化妆品,改善皮肤外观与健康。Human skin is closely related to the nervous system.Nerve fibers and skin cells communicate with each other through a variety of neuromediators to regulate various functions of the skin.In recent years,the beauty industry has increasingly focused on the mechanism of interaction between nerve signaling molecules and skin cells and been committed to finding neurocosmetic ingredients to solve various skin problems and improve skin health.The purpose of this paper is to clarify the theoretical basis of neuroaesthetic science elucidate the effects of various neuromediators on skin cells in terms of instant wrinkle removal,anti-aging,antihair loss,regulation of pigmentation,soothing and sedative effects,sort out the nervous system targets,and introduce the effects of odor molecules on skin through olfaction receptors.Finally,the development trend of neuroaesthetics is prospected,and more effective functional cosmetics are expected to improve skin appearance and health.
