秸秆与低阶煤制型煤的研究

摘  要:为提高黑龙江省低阶煤及秸秆的利用效率、减少单独燃烧对空气的污染,采用理论分析和正交试验对比的方法,进行了低阶煤及秸秆的工业分析试验;不同成型压力,秸秆种类、添加量及水添加量对型煤机械强度及发热量影响的测定试验。结果表明,采用玉米秸秆比用稻草秸秆制型煤的抗碎强度和发热量都要高。当成型压力为2940×10^(4)N/m^(2),长焰煤∶褐煤∶秸秆的配比为20:30:50,水添加量为0.20 mL,能得到发热量、抗碎强度都较好的型煤。To improve the efficiency of low-rank coal and straw use in Heilongjiang Province and to reduce pollution from their separate combustion,this study combines theoretical analysis with orthogonal testing.The industrial analysis experiment of low rank coal and straw,the determination experiment of mechanical strength and calorific value of briquette with different briquetting pressure,straw type,adding amount and adding amount of water were carried out.The results show that the crushing strength and calorific value of the briquette prepared with corn straw are better than those prepared with rice straw.When the briquetting pressure is 2940×10^(4) N/m^(2),the ratio of long flame coal,lignite and straw is 20:30:50,and the water content is 0.20 mL,the briquetting coal with good calorific value and crushing strength can be obtained.
