摘 要:通过对产自甘南藏族自治州和玉树藏族自治州的冬虫夏草粉末进行红外光谱检测,分析了两者的主要成分并比较它们的红外光谱和二阶导数红外光谱.通过比较红外光谱特征峰的相对强度及细微特征,发现了冬虫夏草的标准光谱图像及两地区冬虫夏草的光谱图像差别,主要表现在3288.09、1652.72、1083.82、622.90 cm^(-1)等附近的特征峰的区别.研究结果表明,“甘南虫草”较“玉树虫草”含有更多的甘油三酯,玉树虫草则含有更多的虫草酸和蛋白质.这些检测方法为快速鉴定野生冬虫夏草产地提供了理论依据.In this study,the main components of Cordyceps sinensis powder from Gansu Province and Qinghai Province were detected and analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,and its infrared spectra and second derivative infrared spectra were compared.By comparing the relative intensity and subtle characteristics of the characteristic peaks of infrared spectra,the standard spectral images of Cordyceps sinensis and the spectral images of Cordyceps sinensis in the two regions were summarized,the main difference is manifested in the characteristic peaks near 3288.09,1652.72,1083.82,622.90 cm^(-1),indicating that Gannan Cordyceps contains more triglycerides than Yushu Cordyceps,while Yushu Cordyceps contains more cordycepin acid and protein.These detection methods provide a theoretical basis for rapidly identifying the origin of wild Cordyceps sinensis.
